Closing Active Chats by Time Trigger

Hi Everyone! I am new to Landbot so I'm still exploring how things work.

Now, I am curious if someone has ever tried (and accomplished) setting a time trigger on an active chat (let's say after 5 minutes of being idle, or maybe 24 hours) so that the bot will automatically send a message, asking if the customer needs further assistance then providing the option to continue or ending the chat.

Another thing I want to accomplish is the notification to the user that if the chat remains inactive for about 24 hours (or 48), then the chat will automatically close.

I wish someone can shed some light on this. Thanks!

Chats Tab: Visitor Number Auto-change to Name or Email ✔️

Hi everyone! I'm new to the Landbot Community.

I'm not sure if a similar question has been previously posted but I'm wondering if there is a way to auto-change the visitor number into the customer's name or email address inside the "Chats Tab".

I mean it's easier to respond to chats if we see the customer's name (or email) rather than the assigned visitor number.
